US carriers: Contract deals
The best option to get a new Galaxy S23 usually is through a carrier contract with one of the big telcos: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. If you sign up for an unlimited phone plan the companies offer a pretty good discount.
Both AT&T and Verizon are offering a “free after trade-in” program for the Galaxy S23 phone when signing up for an unlimited phone plan, with discounts on the upgraded models. T-Mobile, meanwhile, is offering discounts on all new plans, with a free phone with some of the Magenta Max unlimited plans:
