Motorola is preparing to launch the new Edge 50 Pro phone. The launch of the phone is set for April 3 in India. However, the phone is also expected to go global with the launch in other countries. Until now, the upcoming phone from Motorola has been leaked several times revealing the specifications, color options, and more. The latest leak reveals the pricing for the European region. Let’s check it out below.
The latest leak comes from Passionategeekz, revealing the price of the unreleased smartphone. The leaker caught the Motorola Edge 50 Pro on an Italian retail website. Not only does it reveal the storage variant, but also the pricing, color, and design of the phone. The listing confirms 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant with a price tag of €864 which roughly translates to $931.
Gizchina News of the week
Coming to the design language, it seems like Motorola has opted for a bold look for the Edge 50 Pro. It has a square camera module with large camera cut-outs. On the front, the curved edges are prominent. The website further reveals the color name which is “Black Beauty.” However, there might be more color options revealed when the phone goes official in the country.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro Highlights
Talking about the India launch, the phone will go official on April 3. The leaked pricing of the Indian variant is Rs 44,999 (~$540), which is quite different compared to the leaked European pricing.
It is already known that the phone will feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen3 processor. Moreover, it will have a triple rear camera setup that is said to feature a telephoto lens as well. Talking about the build, the company has officially revealed it will feature silicone vegan leather with a precision-cut metal frame. That said, the smartphone looks interesting on paper. We will know more about the phone once it officially arrives in India. The new leak also gives a ray of hope that we will see the Motorola Edge 50 Pro in other countries soon. However, I am still concerned about the leaked pricing of the European variant since it is a bit too high compared to the Indian one.
