Apple’s new line of iPads just hit stores, but if you’re not into paying full price for an awesome tablet that’s designed for content creators, the last generation of iPad Air models is going to be perfect for you. Running off of the speedy and capable M1 processor, this is a lightweight portable with a crisp 10.9″ screen, solid battery life and support for a wide variety of apps and accessories. In our review, we gave it an Editors’ Choice award, an “Outstanding” rating, and said that it was “the best choice in Apple’s tablet lineup.” This configuration comes with 64GB of internal storage.

Here’s another Editors’ Choice-winning product at a very nice price. In our review of the JBL Charge 5, we said that the unit “delivers surprisingly powerful Bluetooth audio from a compact, waterproof frame, making it the ideal travel companion for going just about anywhere.” With robust, bass-forward sound, it excels for pop and hip-hop music, and can pump up the volume loud enough to be heard from a decent distance. This is a massive price drop on a curved monitor that’s perfect for a small-space setup. Acer Aspire 3 Laptop
A no-frills dependable portable for a nice price

The Acer Aspire 3 isn’t a laptop that’ll dazzle onlookers with style or power, but if you need a device that will handle Web browsing, media streaming and general productivity tasks on the go, Walmart has a really nice price on it. Running off of an AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with 16GB of RAM, it’s a decent performer. This configuration also includes a 512GB SSD and Windows 11 Home. In our review, we had good things to say about its “smooth everyday operation” and “extensive battery life.”

Hisense’s R60 is their entry-level 4K model, but even at a low price—made even lower by a $94 price cut—it performs quite well. With a VA panel, it has exceptional contrast for a budget model, delivering deep blacks. Motion Rate image processing technology makes live sports and movie action easy to follow, and it’s also good for console gaming because of low input lag and response time. The viewing angle isn’t the best, and it’s not awesome in extremely bright rooms, but for under two hundred bucks, this qualifies as a huge bargain.
