PIXY CANVAS custom-sized Floater Frames offer a tailored framing experience for customers. To ensure a perfect fit for their unique pieces of art, we have established a process that begins with precise measurement. Please follow the detailed instructional video provided by PIXY CANVAS to measure the WIDTH, LENGTH, and THICKNESS of your artwork accurately. The frames are compatible with artwork of varying thicknesses, specifically designed to fit depths up to 1-1/2 (1.5) inches. Include fractions in your measurements when selecting the EXACT size for your Custom size artwork to ensure a perfect fit. All of the Floater Frames allow a tolerance of +/- 1/16 of an inch.
[ Material ] Floater Frames are made from robust Polystyrene (PS) foam, ensuring durability. Coated with an elegant acrylic film finish, these frames offer a perfect balance of strength and luster for your art
[ Construction ] Our L-shape style Floater Frame profile is designed to ensure a minimum 1/8″ gap between the frame side-wall and your painting. The frame thickness stands at 2 inch, with a 1/2 inch wide visible edge on the face. In addition to the standard V-Nails assembly at the corners of each frame, we take extra measures to reinforce the sturdiness of the frame corner joints
[ Hardware ] Every Floater Frame comes with pre-drilled holes for easy canvas installation. Included in the package are two D-ring hangers and wire for effortless setup, along with socket head screws and pan head screws. Please use a standard or electric screwdriver to secure your artwork to the floater frame conveniently
[ Frame Format ] Pixy Canvas frames are available in three distinct formats – Portrait, Landscape, and Square. For each format, we offer at least 54 size options and 18 colors. [ Packaging ] We use a meticulous 5-stage packing process for your Floater Frames. Firstly, each frame is wrapped in light packaging foam for scratch protection, then covered in bubble foam to guard against stress damage. For larger sizes, we employ an additional security frame for enhanced safe transportation – so please do not be misled when opening the package. Finally, the product is housed in a sturdy single and double-wall carotn box and delivered to you via our long term partner – FedEx
