A recent report by SamMobile claims that the Samsung Galaxy Ring was seen in Samsung’s Battery Widget along with some other Samsung devices like Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Buds, and Galaxy smartwatch. The screenshot below confirms the ring. Once you add the widget to your home screen and go to Settings, you will be able to see Galaxy Ring along with other devices.
Being added to the widget confirms that the Samsung Galaxy Ring is getting closer to its launch. The wearable will most likely be announced alongside the Samsung Galaxy foldables in July 2024. One thing is quite clear, Samsung is working hard at integrating the ring into its ecosystem.

Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Ring will come with trackers to track sleep data, fertility, heart rate, and more. It will work in tandem with the Galaxy watch lineup and offer up to nine days of battery life.
The Galaxy Ring has a lightweight design and will be available in a plethora of sizes and colors/finishes (Ceramic Black, Platinum Silver, and Gold). It has many sensors but the SpO2 sensor hasn’t been confirmed yet. Recently there were reports that Samsung Galaxy Ring will have Samsung Food Integration for meal planning and recipe help. However, NFC-based payments might not be available on Galaxy Ring. The price of the Samsung Galaxy Ring will most likely be less than the Galaxy Watch 4. Samsung is reportedly planning to sell over half a million Galaxy Ring units all over the world.
More details will be known as the July launch gets closer.
