Apple Reportedly Planning an Ultra-Thin MacBook Pro, iPhone, Apple Watch

Apple is reportedly planning on debuting significantly thinner versions of the iPhone, Apple Watch, and MacBook Pro in the future, similar to the new, super-thin iPad Pro it debuted earlier this month. In his weekly PowerOn newsletter Sunday, Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman says that when Apple debuts the iPhone 17 it will include a new model in its lineup that is significantly thinner than the current iPhone. Gurman says that Apple is also working to make both the MacBook Pro and Apple Watch thinner and that the latest iPad Pro is meant to be “the beginning of a new class of Apple devices that should be the thinnest and lightest products in their categories across the whole tech industry.”Gurman’s report mirrors a similar report by The Information earlier this week that claimed Apple was working on a new, thinner, version of the iPhone 17.While the thinner version of the iPhone will seemingly launch with the iPhone 17, Gurman did not name any specific timeline for the launch of the thinner MacBook or the thinner version of the Apple Watch.

Gurman has previously reported that Apple is working on a completely revamped version of the App Watch, which at the time he expected to be released in 2024 or 2025.
