Realme finally making a comeback of its signature GT series smartphones to global markets by launching an all-new flagship GT 6 smartphone. To recall, Realme launched the GT 6T a budget-friendly smartphone in the last month. Today, the company finally took the wraps off the new member of the GT 6 series – the Realme GT 6. Let’s take a look at the detailed specs and availability.
Let’s start with the display, Realme GT 6 features a 6.78-inch 2780 x 1264px AMOLED Hyper display with 120Hz refresh rate support, ensuring a buttery smooth scrolling experience. The phone has a massive 6000 nits of peak brightness, which the company says is the brightest display on a phone yet. It has a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection top, protecting it from accidental falls and scratches.
Under the hood, the Realme GT 6 is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor (which is a slightly weaker version of the original Snapdragon 8 gen 3 SoC) coupled with Adreno 715 GPU, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of internal storage. It runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 out of the box.
Realme also packed cool AI features into the GT 6 which Realme calls it NextAI. The NextAI brings a lot of new cool features including AI smart object remover, AI night vision for video, AI smart loop, and more.
The GT 6 boasts a large 5,500mAh battery with 120W rapid charging support. Realme claims the device can charge 0 to 50% in just 10 min and 100% in 26 min. Unfortunately, the device won’t get a wireless charging support.
For cameras, the phone has a triple rear camera setup at the back. The 50MP main camera is paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP telephoto lens. There is a 32MP shooter on the front for capturing stunning selfies and video chats.
Realme GT 6 is priced at €600 ($645 / Rs 40,999) for the base 8GB/256GB storage, while the 12GB/256GB variant starts at €700 ($750/ Rs 42,999), and the high-end 16GB/512GB variant retails at €800 ($858 / Rs44,999). The GT 6 is now available for purchase in Europe and India markets.
