REPTI HOME 100W VAPOR HEAT LAMP BULB

Installation: Install the vapor bulb vertically, pointing downward, on a fixed fixture. Keep a minimum distance of 12in(30cm) from reptiles to avoid overheating.

Ensure reptiles have a cool area to retreat to, and prevent the entire terrarium from overheating.

Start-up and Cooling: The heat lamp bulb may have a slow start, initially emitting dim and pale light. After approximately 15 minutes, the heat lamp will gradually reach its full brightness.

If you need to restart the lamp, let it cool down for 15 minutes before doing so.

Gradual Exposure: We recommend starting with 30 minutes of radiation per day and gradually increasing the exposure over a period of 2 – 3 weeks, up to a maximum of 3 hours per day, depending on the reptile species.

This gradual increase allows reptiles to adapt to the radiation and avoids sudden overexposure to UV light.

Caution: Monitor reptiles for any adverse reactions. Replace lamp periodically. Regularly clean and inspect the lamp for optimal performance and longevity.

*Do not touch the bulb when it is working.

*Do not use the bulb near combustible materials.

*Do not be sprayed with water and other liquids.

*Be sure to cut off the power supply when installing and clean lamps.
