How to connect your smart bulbs into the phone?

Search “Smart Life” on APP store or Scan the QR code on User Manual to download it.Registered account. Click “Add Device” and choose “Lighting” on the left.Make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz when connecting to the smart bulb. [Some routers have 5 GHz & 2.4 GHz network and your phone will automatically connect to the 5 GHz network. So you have to completely turn off your 5 GHz network by going to your router settings (enter the router IP address into your internet browser, usually like: 192.168.1.1)]Turn on and off the bulb 3 times to switch the bulb to Normal Mode (The bulb blinked rapidly).

Connect with Alexa:

Tap “Skills” in the Alexa menu, then search “Smart Life”.Select “Smart Life” and tap “ENABLE” to enable the Skill.Come to the account link page. Type in your Smart Life account and password.Tap “Link Now” to link your Smart Life home account.

Connect with Google Home:

Login Google Home app, select “home control” of menu.Tap “+” and search “Smart Life”.Chose Smart Life and enter your APP account and password.”Link Now” and start your smart life.

FAQ:

1. Can’t connect to the APP?

Check whether your device is powered on and turned on.Please make sure that the device is in the pairing mode.Ensure that the network environment has strong and stable signals. Troubleshootin: place your mobile phone connected to the same local area network close to the device, and open a web page to check whether the browsing is smooth and stable.If the network is normal but the device network connection still fails, check whether the router is overloaded. You can disable a device’s WiFi feature to reserve the channel for resource reallocation.Check whether the router password you entered is correct. Check for spaces before and after the WiFi account or password and case sensitivity issues.Make sure you are using the 2.4Ghz WiFi band. For dual-band routers, temporarily disable 5GHz during the setup process.

2. Can’t voice control?

Please name the smart bulb without Arabic numerals or special characters, it is better to name the smart bulb with the names which is easy to understand.

3. Disconnect?

Please check whether the Wi-Fi network is still 2.4GHz. (If you have too many smart devices at home, it is recommended to restart the router every month)
